高雄市五福國中學生胡凱文透過適性輔導安置，將烹飪作為情感出口，獲得高雄市技藝競賽食品組中餐廚藝製作第四名，可保送公立高職餐飲科。從個性固著變成大方熱情，從不被看好的學生變成優先有學校錄取的學生，他立志要向米其林五星主廚戈登?拉姆齊看齊。五福國中學生胡凱文(中)在烹飪中找到人生方向，細心烘焙了美味的檸檬炸蛋和雪球與師生分享。記者徐如宜／攝影 分享 facebook 胡凱文剛進學校時，學習出現障礙，人際關係也不太好。國二開始參加技藝班學習，師長和同學感受到他明顯的改變；對他搖頭的人變少了，對他點頭的人變多了。胡凱文說，以前家人每天都會煮飯，所以他也想要做東西給大家吃，因為從餐飲中可以帶給別人很大的快樂。在學習技藝的過程中非常辛苦，偶爾難免會燙傷，但他都不以為意。不太喜歡講話的個性，也變得願意與大家分享。胡凱文參加國三的技藝課程，每星期三都要去高職學習餐飲製作。「我們每星期三都會期待凱文會帶什麼回來？」同學董子菱細數曾經品嘗過的餅乾、起士蛋糕、咖哩飯、檸檬炸彈、雪球等，都非常好吃。同學王柏勛稱讚凱文很大方，董睿說凱文也會漸漸熱心參與班上事務，這樣的改變，都是在凱文學了餐飲之後。五福國中輔導組長張庭禎表示，凱文雖然學科的學習成就不佳，但在烹飪方面的學習卻很出色。找到自己的方向後，個性也從負面轉向熱情大方、有自信！校慶時在攤位露了一手炒泡麵，試吃的師生都讚不絕口。同學還在拚國中教育會考，等候登記分發時，胡凱文已經以高雄市技藝競賽的成績，篤定有公立高職可念。他也感謝學校老師和同學對自己的包容與協助，以後要當個出色的廚師，「要吃好吃的，來找我就對了！」五福國中學生胡凱文(中)在烹飪中找到人生方向，細心烘焙了美味的檸檬炸蛋和雪球與師生分享。記者徐如宜／攝影 分享 facebook
